Rutgers Football: Match-up with Michigan State will be Homecoming 2023

Rutgers athletics have announced that the October 14 match-up between the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and Michigan State Spartans will be the homecoming game next fall.
The Scarlet Knights are 54-33-1 on Homecoming weekend, with the event held every season since 1933, except 1943 and 2020. RU defeated Indiana, 24-17, last season for Homecoming.
Rutgers opens the 2023 season on September 2 against Northwestern at SHI Stadium. Exact kick-off times are TBA.
