Rutgers Women’s Basketball Looks to Salvage Atlantis Tournament Tonight with Win
The Rutgers women’s basketball team will face third ranked Texas Monday night in the final game of the Battle 4 Atlantis Tournament in the Bahamas. Rutgers is 0-2 in the tournament so far this weekend with a 94-44 loss to Tennessee and a 75-56 loss to South Dakota State on Sunday evening.
Through the two games Kaylene Smikle has been the standout performer scoring a total of 38 points between the two games. On Sunday, Smikle set career highs with 22 points and five three-pointers. She also became the first Scarlet Knight this season to reach 20+ points this campaign.

Rutgers will return to Jersey Mike’s Arena on Sunday, November 27 when it hosts Cornell.
