Five more practices will be made available in the coming days.
Season ticket holders were given first dibs at seats at 10 a.m. while the general public was allowed to purchase tickets through the New York Jets app and Ticketmaster at 11 a.m. The tickets were free!
On a side note, this roving reporter was lucky enough to secure his seats for July 22. When I tried to link up for July 30, they were gone, literary seconds after securing seats for July 22.
Talk about hype! It’s real folks. It’s real and its spectacular.
If it weren’t enough the Jets are going to be featured on HBO’s Hard Knocks for the second time in franchise history. The last time the Jets appeared on HBO was 2010 when Rex Ryan was getting a (Bleep Bleep) snack! The premiere date for the Jets appearance is August 8.
The last time the Jets were on Hard Knocks? We got this iconic Rex Ryan speech. 😂#HardKnocks Training Camp with the @nyjets premieres August 8th on @StreamOnMax. pic.twitter.com/mfQarnrbLc

Oh, and the first preseason game? Yeah, it’s August 3 against the Cleveland Browns at the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.
Ranking the NFL Offenses
NFL teams report for training camps in the coming weeks, and I wanted to look at NFL offenses and where they rank heading into camps.
I’ve found a bunch of NFL power rankings, but I wanted to take it a step further and do my own ranking of NFL offenses. I looked at the 2022 NFL offensive rankings and what teams have done this offseason to improve that side of the ball. I think coaching changes are the most difficult to prognosticate. Specifically what Sean Peyton’s impact will be on Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos. Last year the Broncos ranked dead last in the league in points. There are huge question marks with the Carolina Panthers as well. Frank Reich bring brought in along with Adam Theilen, Miles Sanders, and #1 overall pick Bryce Young. However, Andy Dalton is on the roster as a steady veteran presence.
The craziness of the NFL offseason has calmed down, mostly. Most of the big off-season storylines have played out to their conclusion. I’m looking at you in Green Bay and New York with that Aaron Rodgers trade. However, there are still a few big names with question marks around them for the upcoming season. DeAndre Hopkins is still a free agent. It looks like he will be playing with either the Patriots on the Titans this season. Former Viking running back Dalvin Cook remains a free agent after being released by Minnesota on June 1st. Then there is the Stefon Diggs situation in Buffalo. It seems next to impossible for the Bills to trade Diggs this offseason. So I will work under the assumption that the team and Diggs get on the same page.
So here’s how I rank NFL offenses in mid-July for the upcoming season.
