Fantasy Football League: Lightning Strikes Twice!
If I had a nickel for every time I. A person with zero real sports knowledge won a fantasy football week. I’d only have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but its strange that it happened twice. That’s right I actually won another week of my Fantasy Football League. It was a close game as I only won 103 – 99. Which is almost exactly what happened last week, so in all honesty I feel my record should be 3-3, but I’ll take 2-4.
Now I don’t really owe this win to anyone on my team besides one person, that being Harrsion Butker, my kicker scored the most points on my team. In fact, my kicker almost scored more points than the three wide receivers I played combined. The only reason I won this week was because my opponent’s QB Justin Fields, left the game early only scoring 5 points.
So no I am not happy with my team, we had a long talk in the locker room and this week I need them to show up, so I can shut down my boss here at Fox Sports. Who I am facing this week and it would be really funny if I beat him. For that cause I picked up Jordan Mason in case CMC misses any time.
I won’t be able to rely on CeeDee Lamb to continue his hot streak so I picked up Curtis Samuel and after his third solid week in a row, I am hopefully he can keep it up when I need him the most. Same can be said for Brian Robinson who had a pretty bad game, except for the single catching touchdown, as they both go against the Giants, which hopefully won’t be able to keep up.
Though this little section goes out to Patrick Mahomes. Wake up. I love that you had 300 passing yards, but you were in the red zone to many times to not score a touchdown, against the Broncos of all teams! I need to see the value massively increase if I have any hope of winning this week.
