The New Jersey Devils extended their post-All Star Game win streak to two games after defeating the Seattle Kraken at Prudential Center, Thursday night.
Dougie Hamilton registered two goals in the victory, which pushes him up to 15 goals on the season. John Marino tallied his fourth goal of the year late in the third period.

Defensively, New Jersey was phenomenal against Seattle. Goalie Mackenzie Blackwood held the Kraken to just one goal on 34 shots.
The victory moves the Devils to 34-13-4 on the season.
Meanwhile, the Islanders couldn’t outlast the Vancouver Canucks in an offensive showcase. The Isles built a 4-2 lead behind goals from Brock Nelson, Matthew Brazal and Bo Horvat.
After Vancouver cut the deficit to a single goal on a shot by Nils Aman, Elias Pettersson netted a pair of goals in the third period to put Vancouver up for good.
