USA Today’s 10Best has compiled a list of the ten best fall festivals across the United States. They had a group of experts put forward the nominees. Then, their editors narrowed it down to the final ones. From there, readers got to have their say and vote on the ultimate winners.

Despite being a popular summer destination, it has one of the best fall festivals. The Ocean City Fall Block Party secured the fifth position in the rankings with a special mention for its evening fireworks and daytime attractions. This includes live entertainment and a diverse range of vendors, with hundreds offering local crafts, food, and beverages for the enjoyment of festivalgoers.

The Fall Block Party for this year is scheduled to take place on October 5, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. According to the event’s official website, the festival will feature more than 400 crafters, food vendors, and entertainers along a mile-long stretch of downtown Asbury Avenue, from Fifth Street to 14th Street. Entertainers and bands are slated to perform at various locations along the Avenue between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. A fireworks display set for 9 p.m., launching from a barge stationed off the Ocean City Music Pier. To enjoy the best view of the fireworks, the website recommends the boardwalk and the beach area between Fifth Street and 14th Street.
