According to reports, the seven-month old girl, Emerie Rivera, of Vineland, New Jersey has been found safe at around 7:50 a.m. by authorities. The Amber Alert was subsequently canceled.
The girl’s 22-year-old father, Ramon Rivera Jr. has been taken into custody. According to the Press of Atlantic City, charges are pending.
According to reports, the young girl, who is a little two feet tall, went missing on Wednesday. Her father was believed to be driving a bronze Acura MDX. An Amber Alert was sent out to cell phones across the Garden State shortly after 4 a.m. Thursday morning.
