Pegi Ballister-Howells lives on a 10 acre farm called Blooming Acres that is slowly evolving into an arboretum. You can hear her Garden Show on WCTC 1450 AM on Sunday mornings 8am to 10am.

Her book “New Jersey Gardener’s Guide” features ornamental plants selected specifically for the New Jersey garden and her second book, “Month by Month Gardening in New Jersey” is a month by month guide to help get all your gardening projects done when they need to get done.

Currently, Pegi is back to Blooming Acres to further the collection and beauty of the farm and is writing an autobiography. She lives there with her husband, Tom Costantino, daughter Kira, four joyful dogs, a couple of donkeys and an assortment of chickens. In addition, she is the founder of the reopened Ocean Grove Woman’s Club.
