We’re cheating a bit with this one since Pho Today is across the street from Piscataway but it was to good to pass up! If you are looking for a splash of Vietnamese cuisine, well then you may just want to head on over to Pho Today. I’ve never eaten Vietnamese, but now I want to after checking out their menu.
