Jets head coach Robert Saleh has decided the Jets will not commit to Zach Wilson as its quarterback for its Week 12 match-up against the Chicago Bears. This comes off the heels of Wilson’s poor effort against the New England Patriots on Sunday where he completed only nine passes for 77 yards in a 10-3 loss.
“It’s unacceptable. That’s not NFL Football,” Saleh told the press Monday night. “Everything is being talked about.”
"Everything needs to be evaluated. When you put up 100 yards of offense, I don't care how good New England is, and they are good, it's unacceptable. That's not NFL football. Everything is being talked about"

Saleh did try to defuse the situation a bit by saying that responsibility was not all on Wilson, but reiterated the position needs to be evaluated like every position on the team.

The Jets could go with either Joe Flacco or Mike White on Sunday. Flacco started the first three games of the season when Wilson was out with an MCL Sprain, and went 1-2. While he struggled to move around the pocket, Flacco was at the helm of the Jets thrilling 31-30 victory at Cleveland in Week 2.
White, who is ten years younger than Flacco, lit up the room with his play at quarterback last year when he took over for an injured Wilson and threw four touchdowns against the Bengals in Week 8 last year.
A decision could be coming in the next couple of days, but chances are Zach Wilson will sit and watch at least this week.
