International pop star/recording artist Taylor Swift will appear at MetLife Stadium for the second time this year when she is cheering on Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and the defending Super Bowl Champions when the Jets and Chiefs square off on Sunday night.
Even though she won’t be crooning any of her hit singles, ticket prices to the Sunday night game are skyrocketing on the secondary market according to multiple reports. Rich Cimini, a Jets beat writer for ESPN reported Vivid Seats saw an 173 percent increase in traffic for tickets to Jets-Chiefs.
It’s safe to say they are not coming to see Zach Wilson throw three interceptions.
According to the New York Post, tickets are going for as low as $88 in the upper level. $160 for lower bowl seating. If you are looking to nap a space in a MetLife Stadium suite it will cost you only $26,300.
Swift made her Kansas City Chiefs debut of sorts last week in the suites at Arrowhead Stadium when the Chiefs destroyed the Chicago Bears 41-10. Swift was seen sitting next to Kelce’s mother, Donna, who has certainly made a name for herself as the football mom to two future Hall of Famer’s in her son’s Travis, and Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
The surprise MetLife Stadium appearance will be the second for Swift this year. She held her ERA’s concert tour at the home for of the Giants and Jets during the Memorial Day weekend.
Ironically, Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers made an appearance at the Taylor Swift concert at the Meadowlands, which took a hold of social media.
The Jets are -9.5 point underdogs to the Chiefs going into the game this weekend.
Taylor Swift Spotted at Chiefs Game with Travis Kelce's Mom
Taylor Swift and her budding relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has taken a significant step.
The pop superstar was spotted at the Chiefs’ game on Sunday (September 24) against the Chicago Bears. It was one thing that she was wearing Chiefs colors and sitting in Kelce’s suite. However, Swift was also sitting next to his mom, Donna.
Weeks ago, it was reported by Page Six that Swift and Kelce were “hanging out” and spending some private time together. On top of that, there have been some notorious mentions of the singer on the podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce.
Swift’s love life has certainly been eventful this year. In April, it was announced she and Joe Alwyn broke up. The couple had been together for six years. Their relationship inspired at least one song: “Lavender Haze” off of Swift’s 2022 album Midnights.
Swift infamously rebounded with The 1975’s frontman Matty Healy, but by June, the couple was reportedly over.
