For the first time ever Rutgers men’s soccer has advanced to the Big Ten Tournament Final, where it will host Indiana in the Championship game on Sunday afternoon at 12 noon from Yurcak Field in Piscataway.
Rutgers advanced to the Championship game after defeating Ohio State 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Chris Taio’s goal in the 61st minute proved to be the game winner, as the senior bounced off a defender, skated past another before taking his shot toward the back right corner of the net.
