The New York Rangers once again dominated the New Jersey Devils to the tune of 5-1 and have taken a commanding 2-0 series lead. The Devils jumped out to fast start when Erik Haula scored the opening goal for Jersey in the first period, and the Devils carried a 1-0 lead into the first intermission, but it was all Rangers after that.

Chris Krerider continued his superb play in this series, netting two more goals (he has four goals scored in this series already), while Patrick Kane notched a goal and three points as the Rangers scored five contested goals the rest of the way.

The Series shifts to Madison Square Garden on Saturday and next Monday where the Blue Shirts hope to finish their cross-river rivals off.
