Austin Wells continues to rake for the Somerset Patriots.

The New York Yankees number two prospects had another monster night at the dish for Double-A Somerset as he corked a grand slam homerun in the bottom of the third inning.

The homer was his 11th of the year, and he currently leads the Patriots in RBI with 47. He also holds the lead for multi-RBI games for the Somerset this year with 14 games.

Delvin Perez was credited with a pair of RBI on a two-run single in the eighth inning as the Patriots doubled up Reading 7-3.

Matt Sauer got the victory for Somerset, holding the Fightin Phils to just three runs over five innings of work.

The Patriots and Phils continue their series tonight at 7:05. Before the game fans can meet and greet with WWE Hall of famer Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake.
