Rutgers Star Caleb McConnell Signs with OKC Thunder

Senior Forward Caleb McConnell was named Defensive Player of the Year for the second straight year. Rutgers Athletics.

Rutgers star forward Caleb McConnell agreed to an Exhibit-10 contract with the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday morning after going un-drafted in the NBA Draft, Thursday night.

An exhibit-10 contract is a one-year deal that pays a minimum salary in the NBA and gives a franchise flexibility to change it into a two-way contract before the start of the regular season.

Ron Harper Jr. made a similar pact with the Toronto Raptors last summer when he went un-drafted. Harper would up playing in nine games for Toronto his rookie year this past season.
