Knicks Capture Ninth Straight with Shocker vs. Celtics
The Knicks winning streak continues after a thrilling 131-129 victory up in Beantown against the rival Celtics at the TD Bank Garden, as New York extended its streak to nine games.
Immanuel Quickley had one of the best games of his career, netting a career high 38-points in the Knicks victory, as he started in place of the injured Jalen Brunson.

“It was a huge performance by him,” Knicks coach Tom Thibodeau said. “I was going to give him rest at the start of the fourth, but then he knocked down a couple of shots and I thought the game was in the balance right there.”
Seven of Quickley’s 38 points came in the second overtime that propelled New York to the winners circle on Sunday night.
Julius Randle also contributed 31 points and nine boards and R.J. Barrett netted an additional 29 points and 10 boards in the victory.
The Knicks 35-27 are 6-1/2 games behind Boston for first place in the Atlantic Division.
Meanwhile, the Nets took care of the Charlotte Hornets 102-86 in Brooklyn. Mikal Bridges had an outstanding effort leading the way with 33-points. Spener Dinwiddle added 24, as Brooklyn won its second straight to keep pace with the surging Knicks in the Eastern Conference standings.
