NETS 124 - PISTONS 121
It was the KD and Kyrie show out in Motor City, Sunday night as the Nets held off a late Detroit Pistons charge 124-121 for Brooklyn's sixth consecutive victory.
Kevin Durant led the way with 43 points; 26 of those points coming in the third quarter - a career high for a single quarter for the future Hall of Famer.
Kyrie Irving, a couple of nights following his game winning shot, contributed 38 points in the victory as Brooklyn erased a 17-point halftime deficit.
Durant's three-pointer that ended that third quarter gave Brooklyn the lead for the first time in the second half at 98-96. They would never look back again.
