Elon Musk has gone from Tesla and SpaceX founder to "Perfume Salesman," according to his Twitter bio. Musk, 51, has really launched a fragrance that is "The Essence of Repugnant Desire" at $100 a bottle after teasing on Twitter over the weekend that it was coming soon.

In a follow-up tweet about the status of his fragrance lines' sales, Musk says over 10,000 bottles have been sold via Musk's The Boring Company website. Some "reviews" on the site read: "Just like leaning over a candle at the dinner table, but without all the hard work" and "Stand out in a crowd! Get noticed as you walk through the airport." Clearly a joke, yet available to purchase to be shipped out in Q1 2023, fans of Elon's *cough* musk can snag a vial of the potent stuff, which he laughed about on Twitter. "Can't wait for media stories tomorrow about $1M of Burnt Hair sold."

Musk pointed out that with a name like his, "getting into the fragrance business was inevitable – why did I even fight it for so long!?"

In another tweet, Musk calls the fragrance line an "omnigender product."

Back in 2018, The Boring Company released the “Not-a-Flamethrower” which appeared to be barely legal judging by the terms and conditions that came along with the purchase of one. One fan on Twitter wrote, “Let me guess how you made it...you burnt your hair with ‘not a flamethrower’ and now you have this product!”

Earlier this week, Musk welcomed Kanye West back to Twitter, before his account was disabled for making anti-semitic remarks. Musk later wrote, "Talked to ye today & expressed my concerns about his recent tweet, which I think he took to heart."
