Rutgers football is back. The Scarlet Knights begin the 2022 season on Saturday afternoon against Boston College. Head Coach Greg Schiano begins his third season in his second stint at Rutgers as he tries to bring the program back to the glory it enjoyed under his stewardship in the first decade of the new millennium.
Rutgers is coming off a 5-7 season in 2021 and qualified for the Gator Bowl thanks to RU's strong academic achievement.
Schiano spoke with reporters on Monday in the first press conference of the regular season. Coach discusses Rutgers current quarterback situation, which is still fluid; and breaks down the match-up against the Eagles. Enjoy!
