Rutgers' Men's and Women's basketball will be in the house tonight at TD Bank Ballpark.

Senior point guard Paul Mulcahy and Women's Head Coach Coquese Washington will throw out the first pitch tonight before the Somerset Patriots take on the Binghamton Rumble Ponies at 6:05.

These are historic times for Rutgers athletics. Men's Basketball is coming off of a second straight appearance in the NCAA Tournament, while the women turn the page with Coach Washington who brings over a decade of head coaching experience having successfully served in that role at Penn State.

Men's basketball opens the season on November 7 in non-conference action against Columbia. The Women's schedule is not available yet.

The Patriots (60-35) the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees are hosting the Rumble Ponies (35-60) the Double-A affiliate of the New York Mets in the first ever Double-A Subway Series to be played at TD Bank Ballpark.
