After rumors swirled within the last hour that the New York Jets were in on a potential trade with the Kansas City Chiefs for wide out Tyreek Hill, the Miami Dolphins are the team that comes out victorious.

The Dolphins agreed to trade a first round, second round and fourth round pick in this year's draft, and a fourth and six round pick in next year's draft to the Chiefs for the rights to the speedy Hill. Miami also agreed to extend hill with a four-year $120 million contract extension with $72 million guaranteed.

Hill, 28, is a six-time Pro Bowler, who has over 1200 yards in three of his last four seasons in Kansas City.

The Jets lose out on a dynamic offensive playmaker that could have been a difference maker for quarterback Zach Wilson. While the Jets addressed needs at tight end, corner and offensive line in free agency, it will be up to GM Joe Douglas to nail it on the draft.
