Seton Hall will face off against TCU in an eight versus nine matchup. These matchups tend to be one of the best because both teams matchup so well.
Last time out Seton Hall lost to UConn in the Big East quarterfinals. Myles Cale led the way with 17 points shooting 7-10 from the field and was 3-3 from the three point line. Kadary Richmond had 14 points and three steals. Those two players were the only ones to hit double figures in scoring. Seton Hall will have to play a lot better if they want to make some noise in the NCAA tournament.
TCU lost in the semifinals of the Big 12 tournament to Kansas. Just like Seton Hall only two players were able to score in double figures. Chuck O’Bannon Jr. had 15 points shooting 75% from the field and 3-5 from three. TCU has some signature wins from this season. Beating Kansas earlier in the season and beating Texas in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 tournament.
Whoever wins this game will more than likely have a date on Sunday with the number one seed in the south region Arizona. This should be an entertaining back and forth game. The team who will get the defensive stop at the right time will be the one to come out on top.
