Rutgers Postgame: Coach Pikiell & Players Talk Loss to Notre Dame
Rutgers Men’s Basketball Head Coach Steve Pikiell, along with seniors Caleb McConnell, Geo Baker and Ron Harper Jr. spoke to the press following RU’s crushing 89-87 loss to Notre Dame in the First Four.
Rutgers finished the season at 18-14. It was RU’s second consecutive appearance in the NCAA tournament. The two-point loss was the 13th time in their last 16 games that Rutgers has been involved in a game that ended in single digits.
