After hosting only two games in London, England last year, the NFL is ready to bring its brand of football back overseas in a big way next fall when it holds five games outside the United States.

The United Kingdom will host three games next season with the Jacksonville Jaguars making their annual pilgrimage to London for one of the contests. The other two London-based games will be "hosted" by the Green Bay Packers -- making their first ever trip overseas to the UK, and the New Orleans Saints.

Who will be the Packers quarterback is another story. Aaron Rodgers future is very much up in the air, and it's anyone's guess at this point whether he will remain in Green Bay when training camps open this summer.

Opponents and dates for the games have not be determined. The NFL Schedule does not come out typically until mid to late April.

It is interesting to note of the three teams that head to London next fall, the Giants and Jets both appear on the Packers list of opponents for the 2022 season. The Jets played in London last year against the Atlanta Falcons. The Giants last appeared in the game in 2016 against the LA Rams.

Meanwhile, Munich, Germany will host its first NFL regular season game next fall with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as the host team. Again an opponent hasn't been determined.  Germany was once the home for as many as five NFL Europe teams (Rhein Fire, Frankfort Galaxy, Berlin Thunder, Hamburg Sea Devils and Cologne Centurions) from the late 90s to 2007 when the NFL decided to axe NFL Europe for financial reasons.

Mexico City, will also host a game next year, with the Arizona Cardinals making the quick hope over the border to host the game. Mexico last hosted an NFL game in 2019 between the Kansas City Chiefs and LA Chargers.
