Nets rookie Cam Thomas dominated the boards in the fourth quarter, while the Knicks, once again, blew a huge lead in falling to their crosstown rivals 111-106.

Thomas dished out 16 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter as the Nets stormed back from down 28. Thomas hit a pair of jump shots with a little over four minutes remaining in the game that first tied the game, and later gave the Nets a 99-97 lead with 3:58 to go.

After Julius made his presence felt with a couple of buckets to give the Knicks the lead back with 2:52 to go,  the newest member of the Nets, Seth Curry drilled a three-pointer to swing the arrow back in Brooklyn's favor.

Finally with 7.7 seconds left, Cam Thomas put the dagger in the Knicks with a 29-foot three-pointer that blew the game wide open at 109-103 that left an injured Kevin Durant celebrating on the bench.

Thomas led the Nets with 21 points off the bench, while Curry in his second game with Brooklyn had 20 points.  Andre Durmmond, who came along with Curry in the James Harden for Ben Simmons deal, contributed 11 points.

Meanwhile, Randle was a one-man show for the Knicks, scoring 31 points. Evan Fournier was the only other Knicks starter to score in double-figures with 16 points.
