It might be the off-season for Scarlet Knights football, but Rutgers has been busy the past few weeks in the number of players transferring to the Garden State.  Add Syracuse's Taj Harris to that list.

Harris announced on Twitter that he is committing to Rutgers after three very successful years playing for the Orange. He finished fifth in program history with 151 catches and eighth in receiving yards with 1,857. As a freshman in 2018, Harris set rookie records for Syracuse in both catches (40) and receiving yards (565). In 37 career games, Harris made 32 starts and scored 10 touchdowns.

Harris, a Beverly, New Jersey native is the second wide receiver to transfer to Rutgers. Earlier this month West Virginia's Sean Ryan transferred to the Scarlet Knights for the 2022 season.
