Governor Phil Murphy and Lt. Governor Sheila Oliver were sworn in for second terms at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, January 18. Murphy begins a second term after narrowly beating out Republican challenger, former Assemblyman Jack Ciattarelli in last November's gubernatorial election.
