New Jersey is under a state of emergency as it gets pounded with rain.  Governor Phil Murphy is urging drivers to stay off the roads because of a nor'easter that's expected to bring four to six inches of rain by the end of the day causing flash flooding, coastal flooding and strong wind gusts.

According to nj.com, some parts of the state have already seen more than 3 inches of rain before 7 a.m. this morning. The heaviest and steadiest rain should fall through 4 p.m.

Murphy is scheduled to hold a news conference this morning at 10 a.m.
